I always have my oil changed at Emichs. I’ve been to other dealerships where they always find something wrong with my car, I feel just to gouge me. Not at Emichs. I forgot the name of the advisor who provided me with my receipt and gave me my keys, Kade was at lunch, but he was extremely nice and helpful. More

Kade was great with customer service. ..5 stars. Having to put car in shop is always traumatic for me. I give Emich 5 stars for repair work, 3 or 4 for customer service. A 3 if I'm compar ..5 stars. Having to put car in shop is always traumatic for me. I give Emich 5 stars for repair work, 3 or 4 for customer service. A 3 if I'm comparing to Foundation—they wash your car after every service. What a wonderful extra, leaving me with a positive impression I want to share. I chose Emich because they are much closer to my home. No communication was made to me in the day my vehicle was ready. I was super busy and didn't think to call until after closing. Had to wait out a 3-day weekend. Kade explained he became ill one day before my vehicle was to be done. Since I am paying Emich for their services, I feel they should have managed Kade's customers better, at least communicating with us. The repair portion is most important part though—no problems so far. More
