I would give Alpha Motorsports zero stars if I could. For nearly a year, they repeatedly lied about helping me with a refinance, stringing me along and giving me the runaround every time I reached out. Not once did anyone call or email me back like they said they would. Their customer service is beyond terrible—every interaction was met with an unprofessional attitude, abrupt hang-ups, and complete disregard for basic courtesy. This dealership is nothing but a nightmare to deal with. If you’re thinking about buying a car from them, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. Avoid at all costs! More
