Well we thought it was nice and smooth until we saw how many inquiries they made on my credit just to go back and use BayPort credit Union and then they failed to tell me that they used so many inquiries many inquiries they made on my credit just to go back and use BayPort credit Union and then they failed to tell me that they used so many inquiries on my credit report and I think they should have told me so that to me was not good so they get a big fat F in the sales department. More

Kenneth was an amazing and accommodating sales rep. The entire process was very smooth and there were no tricks! I bought a new vehicle and had issues with the key fobs right away. We tried changing the batteries and that did not fix the intermittent responsiveness to the key fob. They kept my vehicle for two busines right away. We tried changing the batteries and that did not fix the intermittent responsiveness to the key fob. They kept my vehicle for two business days and could not get it to recreate the issue. They did reprogram the key fobs and check the antennas. I have had it back for 4 days and I have not had an issue so far. I asked for an email with an itemization of what was done but did not get it, I did get a print out of the work done when I picked up the car but I had to be firm with that request. I was told it would be emailed later but I would not accept that as an answer. The days my key fob did not work were pretty hot days and my car had been sitting in the sun. We have had mild weather all week. Hopefully it is resolved but waiting for another hot day to see for sure. More
