There have been horror experiences and some meh experiences, but this one was something else entirely and made me believe that there is still light out there. I am beyond impressed with the quality of cars this dealer has, the immaculate condition they are all brought to inside and out before being offered for purchase, and most of all the incredible team of salespeople and finance people who supported my quest. Starting with the salesperson, Jeremy, who appeared to know every - and I mean every - single feature and detail about every single make and model car we drove, something rare. In addition, he was the first salesperson to actually listen to me and identify my priorities and wants and to dial in into the exact vehicle for me, surprising and delighting me. I went in to test drive an Alfa Romeo Stelvio but felt it wasn't for me, so Jeremy suggested we drive a couple of others (such as the Land Rover Discovery Sport) in the same or similar class and each subsequent vehicle kept honing in on the perfect match until we did find it - a Mercedes-Benz CLA. Throughout the process, he listened to everything I said and that helped him continue to refine the process until we found that perfect car for me. The sales manager, Hesmi, was another breath of fresh air. A true car enthusiast (as well as Jeremy), he took his time to sit down in the Alfa with me and to walk me through all aspects of owning an Alfa from the perspective of an actual owner. He genuinely did everything in his power to dial in the deal to where the cost and the perks of the deal made a compelling package. Finally, the finance manager, Justyna, completed the happy trio by being very clear about the terms of the deal, working tirelessly to get me approved (no small feat) and to protect the new purchase with an extended car warranty at an amazing price for many years of coverage. At all times, I did not feel pressured or rushed but instead felt we were all working together as a team towards the same goal - defining it, refining it, preparing for it and executing it. I know that for my next purchase this is the first place - and I hope the last place - I will visit again to secure my next vehicle. I can highly recommend that you start here as well. :-) More

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY from Jidd Motors Mitsubishi in Desplaines, IL . They are the most dishonest scammers and a ZERO rating if available would be more accurate! They sold us a vehicle with a major pre-existing defect and deliberately lied and concealed it from us! Just do your due diligence and research all online reviews and complaints including the BBB that have been reported against them. Their COO James, and CEO Nick were informed and shown proof of the defect and initially said they would make it right, however it's been 5 months and not only have they back tracked what they said but they are now evading and refusing to be accountable to pay the full costs to repair the vehicle defect! THEY NEED TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX THEIR WRONGS by providing in writing what they say they will do and stop misleading and engaging consumers with false advertising and selling vehicles that are mechanically defective. AVOID them at ALL COSTS! Official complaints against Jidd Motors Mitsubishi with The BBB, The Illinois Attorney General, The FTC etc will be proactively pursued. Jidd Motors Mitsubishi and it's associates from top to bottom need to make their wrongs right and stop blatantly violating consumer's rights! More

Yusif is an easy-going, funny, and knowledgeable salesman. I drove up from Indianapolis because I had narrowed my search down to two Stelvios - both at Jidd Motors. One of the cars wasn't quite ready to be on the lot, but he took me over to look at it. He parked both cars next to each other so I could decide. Very helpful! When I noticed I wasn't provided a copy of my finance paperwork in the envelopes I was given, he maintained good communication to make sure I received what I needed. We figured out he had accidentally entered by email incorrectly, and he fixed it immediately. I appreciate his responsiveness to text. I would absolutely buy from him again.
