Hi Mbrabham5, We would have paid for concern if you had allowed us to review the vehicle and observe abuse or misrepair. Since you chose to have it repaired through a different facility, you never allowed us to address this concern. I apologize that you think we should have paid for the repair without identifying the issue. We must be able to see the concern and identify the cause to be able to take care of any issues. Thank you

Thank you and we will be happy to review the radiator when you bring it in.

Had you offered anything except “ tow the vehicle here” we would have been more inclined to work with you. Nick was off putting and rude when I spoke with him and he wasn’t willing to offer any help. I will bring the radiator up after the repair is done by a respectable repair facility for you to review.

This looks like it was a shroud or some type of cover that was screwed back into the radiator. The screw in question isn’t used to mount the radiator. I’d like someone to explain how it there wasn’t a hole, and after your technician worked on it, there is a clearly a screw hole. Thank you.

Hi Mike, Nych informed me that you brought the radiator in for us to see. Unfortunately, with the radiator outside of the vehicle, we cannot tell much by reviewing the radiator. Also, he mentioned that your other repair facility asked you who you had it serviced through recently, of which you informed them you had your vehicle with us for a recall recently, and you deduced that it must have been us who caused it. Unfortunately, we did not touch the radiator during the campaign 976 recall repair (Valve Cover Gasket) so while I understand we may have been the most recent repair facility to work on your vehicle, we did not touch any bolts on the radiator, and thus we did not put the wrong bolt back on the radiator as we did not remove any of the bolts during the multi-point inspection. Likely the vehicle was serviced at some point in its life that had to do with the radiator, but that was not caused by us repairing the Campaign 976 recall.
