The only real complaint we have is we had to returned to the Toyota dealership two times after purchasing the car to sign papers that were forgotten. It’s about a 25 minute drive That is no huge deal but in the Toyota dealership two times after purchasing the car to sign papers that were forgotten. We felt that if Toyota would drive to our house to pick up our car for Service, they could’ve sent someone to have the paper signed. We never thanked for our time to drive to sign. Justin did a good job getting the car ready and talking us through the technology. More

Justyn and Kory arranged and had all paperwork ready for us over email. I own a business so time is important. Could have been a little faster with signing all the unnecessary upcharges we didn't need. They us over email. I own a business so time is important.
