Hello my name is Justin and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 7 years. Growing up in Lexington, Nebraska I wanted to be a Police Officer. I have been married to my wife, Whitney for 4 years and we have 2 children Landon and Harper. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and golfing. I also like to travel and watch sporting events. One of my most memorable sporting events that I had the privilege of attending was Game 7 of the World Series in Kansas City. Some fun facts about me are that I like all kinds of music, my favorite food is pizza and my favorite movie is Days of Thunder. As a Finance Manager, I enjoy interacting with customers. I make the experience different at Honda of Lincoln by taking care of customers and listening to their wants and needs. My motto is, “Excellence is not a destination, it is a continuous journey that never ends.”

Spent 50k in cash on a brand new SUV a week ago and the salesman had the nerve to try to get me to finance with them and when i asked why, how would that help me he replied “well it would help me.” My jaw salesman had the nerve to try to get me to finance with them and when i asked why, how would that help me he replied “well it would help me.” My jaw dropped. The experience was awful. Trey was condescending and arrogant when learning that we wouldn’t finance. He acted bored to be speaking with us from that point on. I should have left. The salesman promised upgraded rims that I’d already paid for saying they would be on the SUV the day i picked it up. Guess what? A week and a half later and no new rims that i paid 2k extra for and when i inquire i get the runaround. Furthermore, before picking up the car TREY called saying it would be $250 to mount the rims which i thought was silly since i was paying cash. Again, lying by leading me to believe i’d be getting the SUV I PAID FOR. BUT THAT IS NOT THR CASE! I’m paying 50k and you can’t cut me the cost to even put the rims on? I still have not heard anything about the tint that I also paid for. What a disaster! Do not use Honda of Lincoln especially if paying cash. Their salesmen outright lie and the dealership seems to be fine with it. Next step is filing a complaint with the MVILB. More
