From an amazing inventory of the greatest driving machines in the world, to the no-hassle buying process, to the finest service department (complete with loaners!), I have nev of the greatest driving machines in the world, to the no-hassle buying process, to the finest service department (complete with loaners!), I have never been more pleased with a car dealership. So disappointed in the service department. Leased an X5. So disappointed in the service department. Leased an X5. Brought it in is several weeks ago to have the steering column repaired. My assigned rep was out so it took a long time to reassign me a new service person. I was given a loaner and they called me that afternoon to say it was repaired. Very grateful. I had asked them to if they would vacuum the car and they said of course but it was never done. It has started to vibrate again. I just called back to reschedule and they don't have a loaner for 2 weeks. The girl that answered the was not interested in helping at all. I was not going to complain or call on my experience with my first visit and it Covid has been an issue but now with the lack of customer service or help with my issue I felt like I needed to reach out. I left a message for the service manager to call me and hope that he will. So disappointing. I manage a large office of over 250 salesman. I am in the sales and service business myself and try and teach my team that customer service is number one. So disappointing. I had a choice in dealerships. It has not been a great start! More

Generally the service department personnel are knowledgeable and courteous. I was getting a brake fluid warning in July of 2019. I checked fluid levels and they were okay. I had just been in for knowledgeable and courteous. I was getting a brake fluid warning in July of 2019. I checked fluid levels and they were okay. I had just been in for service in June and called them about the light, two different times about the warning light. I was told that maybe the tech didn't reset the light or I could come in and have them look at it. I declined and accepted their explanation as feasible. I checked my maintenance book and it showed no brake service required until the sixth oil change. When I came for the 2020 scheduled maintenance, I was told that there was a brake fluid flush due last year but my maintenance warranty had expired. I think they should have known it was due last July when I called them, when the vehicle was still under warranty. Surprise, they knew right away when I pulled in for the 2020 maintenance and wanted to charge me for it. To me it was very suspicious that they would know the reason after the warranty had expired and not when it was under warranty. Thus the mediocre rating. More
