This is a brand new facility that just opened in Mentor after many years in Western Painesville Township. It appears that their excellence in customer service will be continuing for a long time to come. Ev after many years in Western Painesville Township. My routine service was done quickly and completely as I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area. I also wandered around the nice new showroom and was pleasantly greeted by everyone I walked by. I look forward to many more years supporting this dealership. More

If you want a headache from car buying, this is your place. Went to get a lease on a truck, met with salesman Felix, off the bat his mind was everywhere from the start, finalized everything with a truck place. Went to get a lease on a truck, met with salesman Felix, off the bat his mind was everywhere from the start, finalized everything with a truck, picked it up when they were closing so didn’t want to hold them up, noticed damage on the brand new truck when I got home, told them after calling and leaving voicemails (they don’t call you back, multiple calls and not one was returned), Felix accused me of doing the damage, yet acknowledged that the mirror was damaged prior to giving me the truck. Was told it was going to a body shop in aurora, got a speeding notification and found out it’s not at a known body shop and it’s parked at a dudes house, got a theft alert on the truck (On the Ram App), told them this isn’t acceptable. They put me in another new truck (same model and packages) no issues with this truck (They refused to the first time because “it was finalized, yet could after mentioning it again without issues?). Within 2 days to put my trade in car on lot yet 20 days to get it paid off after talking to them multiple times and the bank calling me nonstop. Justin (General Sales Manager) was decent at first with helping because no one else did or called, was told my pay off “Slipped through the cracks” by a financial manager, which isn’t professional to tell a customer. Did the survey (from Ram/Dodge themselves) about how the process and service were and was honest in it that this was a headache, I get a text and call from the Salesman (Felix) making it sound like he has done “A huge favor for me” and that it’s xxxxxxxx that I was honest instead of asking why or how to improve, went into the store and talked to Justin and he said it’s understandable and reasonable why he texted and called me about it on his personal cellphone because it “affects the dealership). So it’s okay to borderline Harass a customer that was providing an honest review to the vehicle manufacturer? You guys did your job after pushback, you didn’t bend over or anything, the bare minimum. I stand with what I said and I will be honest, I have talked to others about how this has gone, and not one said this is professional. Drive to another dealer, do not think this is the one. This was pathetic and very unprofessional on the salesman and Management. (This was a brand new 2025 Ram 1500. Less than 150 miles on it, even if it’s a new vehicle, you have to look at every single thing on it, they could damage and say they didn’t.) More
