I was searching nationwide for a used BMW i8 (over 100k car), so I've called and deal competent sales professionals I've come across in a long time. I was searching nationwide for a used BMW i8 (over 100k car), so I've called and dealt with a number of salespersons during that time. Justin was able to help me evaluate the car long distance, noted every minor detail (including a TINY little ding in the doorframe), and was open to being 'schooled' on features he was previously unaware of. I ended up not being able to get the car (Justin's car was a close second) because his manager was not quick enough with the final pricing. I wish there were more salespeople like Justin, so that used car dealerships could get a better reputation. More
