The absolute best of the best service experience I have ever recieved. Ryan and Brian are the most exceptional consultants. Germaine is not personable and will disregard you. Provides poor customer service in multiple occasions and makes you feel like you don’t know what you are talking about. I purchased a used vehicle that needed four repairs but GM was on strike so it sat in service for months waiting on parts. Scott acted quickly to address the matter and put us into a much nicer and safer v GM was on strike so it sat in service for months waiting on parts. I bought a used truck from Bryan on my Birthday. Good, quick, efficient, easy to deal with & professional. I later need the front aligned & a promised owner's manual. Also, Susan & Terry, custome Good, quick, efficient, easy to deal with & professional. I later need the front aligned & a promised owner's manual. Also, Susan & Terry, customer service, helped out understanding the dash electronics, very helpful. I am still awaiting the owner's manual, I could use it. Our 4th vehicles purchased from Royal. Good people to work with. More

I wish I could say that I had good service from Royal GMC but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Parts (Tyler) did not follow t but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Parts (Tyler) did not follow through on what he said. Justin (manager) never followed up after I called him. Even picked up my car, I got a mile or so from dealer and had to go back because job was not done completely. I have had Ford vehicles before and was always satisfied with my service at the Ford Dealerships. I'm disappointed that GMC was not even close to the customer service they provided. More

He laid out several options for coverages, financing plans, service plans etc...and I styled my own deal tailored to...ME! Honestly, when I think of the experience, combined with all the awesome cars they have to offer...I kind of want another Caddy right now...but I'll work up to that. I'LL BE BACK !! More

I would rate in the NEGATIVE if it would let me!!! Justin is too busy trying to cover up the misrepresentations and inappropriate actions of how they treat their customers. Trying to put me!!! Trying to put a bandage on the fact that they were wrong and cost me hundreds of extra dollars for nothing. Only agreeing to pay back a small portion of the extra costs in hoping to make it go away. NOT THIS TIME. ! Discrimination towards a pregnant woman and using scare tactics to charge extra for auto repairs is not right and what Royal Buick is best at! More
