The salesperson Justin was professional and knowledgeable. The finance manager Jim McMahon was outstanding and did everything he could to make sure we got the best rate possible and that we und knowledgeable. The finance manager Jim McMahon was outstanding and did everything he could to make sure we got the best rate possible and that we understood all of our options. He really made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase and all of the deliverables were as expected. Even the delivery coordinator Josh did an awesome job and explained every option thoroughly on my new truck. Overall, the whole process exceeded expectations and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle. More

The buying experience at Jeff Belzer was , I guess, average. Everyone is helpful and interested in making sure you get what you need, but in my case, the purchase of an electric vehicle left me unsure average. Everyone is helpful and interested in making sure you get what you need, but in my case, the purchase of an electric vehicle left me unsure about their overall knowledge of the details. For example, I received a variety of stories on the warranty on the high voltage battery. Chevy's website says 8 years, 100 k miles. The sales person says it's 6 years. The business manager tells me it's 3/36000. As an EV customer this was my biggest concern - having to replace a battery in a couple years. But the conflicting messages pushed me into buying the extended warranty, which Iin retrospect I am not sure I need. This makes me feel like the folks at the dealership are more interested in selling extended warranties than making sure I got what I needed (the warranty is fine; I just want to be able to make an informed decision based on correct information). The other thing I dislike is the waiting for various people to do their thing. I came in, signed several docs, then waited for the accessory guy, then the business manager. This could/should have been ready to go, but I guess the final paperwork depended on whether I bought accessories?? I would have preferred to be a little more in and out than the three hours it took. I'm happy with the car, and happy with the extended warranty I bought. But I'd prefer to leave a dealer feeling like I can trust their knowledge and information and knowing I made buying decisions based on good information. More

WATCH THE FINAL NUMBERS…MAKE SURE THEY ARE WHAT YOU AGREED ON: Worked a deal with sales on a New 2023 Traverse Premier all done via email so I would have proof of the deal. I drove the 45 mins to thi AGREED ON: Worked a deal with sales on a New 2023 Traverse Premier all done via email so I would have proof of the deal. I drove the 45 mins to this location because they had the best price. I was warned by another dealership that the price was going to change when I got there. I laughed and thought he was just being bitter because I was going there for $800 more off. When I arrived the salesman met me outside by the vehicle we talk a little then went inside to his desk. At this time he showed me two papers from finance about payments. I told him these were very confusing and I didn’t understand them there were no interest rates just monthly payments and not for the amount I was going to put down. He said not to worry that finance would answer any of my questions. He then told me that I would get a survey in a couple days and if I didn’t give him a 10/10 that it was a fail and would count against him. When walking over to the waiting area I even joke with the salesman at Belzer about the other dealerships comment that the price would change and he said yeah we are a lot lower than other dealers. After sitting for a few minutes the business manager pulled me in to go over payments this is when I realized the price quoted in emails has now changed by close to $500 dollars. I showed the email to the business manager who stated that is not something he would handle that would be between the salesman and the sales manager. We were put back in the waiting room where they salesman came and talked to us stating when he quoted me it was the summit white color not the iridescent pearl. I showed him the email thread that I clearly stated I wanted the iridescent pearl he even sent me the information on that vehicle. I asked “what will be the price if I use the 2.1% I was $50,940.” I can’t remember the exact price he had on the sheet but it was right around $500 dollars more than what he quoted. He states that the new price was correct and that my email price was a “mistake”. I told him that I was not going to pay the extra $500 he stated he would talk to his sales manager. About 3 mins later the business manager comes in to tell me that he was there listening to the conversation between the salesman and the sales manager they will not give me the vehicle for the price quoted in the email. He stated this was a mistake and everyone makes mistakes and that they will not honor the price. They lost a sale and now believe me I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of this dealership. I truly hope this was a mistake and not a bait and switch move. I know $500 is not a lot but it is the PRINCIPLE of the situation. Please read other reviews on Car Gurus!!!! Check BBB reviews 1/5!!!
