I am currently in the process of filing my lawsuit and can provide my lawyers name and number. Tried to be patient and expect customer service from the dealership but it's useless. GM and Service manager are very incompetent and not qualified to run dealership. ORLANDO FLORIDA CORPORATE is just as bad! Will not respond and will hide after dealership has DESTROYED your vehicle. Dealership damaged my 2018 Ram truck during just a routine oil change. Refused to fix and tried to charge me an extra $467 for their mistake! NOT SURE IF THEIR MECHANICS ARE EVEN CERTIFIED!!! IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING ALL THEIR RECORDS SUBPOENAED ALSO. Also looking into if this dealership is committing criminal activity by not completing work they say they are completing. We must work together to hold this dealership accountable. They believe they are above accountability! More

This was one of the best auto buying experiences I have ever had. Amanda was very knowledgeable and if I asked something she couldn't personally answer she would look into it and get my answer for me withi ever had. There was no pressure as I have experienced in the past with other dealers and they worked behind the scenes to get the best interest rates for us. They really seemed to want to have our best interest in mind and what would work best for us through financing giving us multiple options. Follow ups the next day indicates that this dealership isn't a "get the sale and be gone" company. I'm confident that they will continue to have our business and we have already recommended them to a few of our friends.
