If I could give 0 stars I would. Years ago I got an Elentra here and thought to go back because I thought they were good, honest sales people. I was very wrong. I was given an offer Years ago I got an Elentra here and thought to go back because I thought they were good, honest sales people. I was very wrong. I was given an offer by one of the sales reps. Then the day I went to pick up the car, I called ahead and was told by the manager that they changed the deal completely. They said they made mistakes. I had already gotten all my information, finances, and life in order to pick up the car. I even canceled at a different - better - Hyundai dealership the same car so that I could buy from Star. I now was without a car because they were unwilling to make up for their mistake and we charging me more - 5 hours before I picked up the new car. I hope no one shops here. I've let the Hyundai Manufacture know about this as well. Shop somewhere else. Don't get taken advantage of. More

This place is hands down the best Hyundai place I've been to. I loved my experience there. Orville was kind and he worked with my needs. Simon, awesome, and of course there was Tony and Jaimie. I loved how e to. I loved my experience there. Orville was kind and he worked with my needs. Simon, awesome, and of course there was Tony and Jaimie. I loved how everyone said hello and made me feel so welcome. I was there a long time, but let me tell you, I would not have wanted it to be with an other dealer. Leasing a car (in my limited experience) Is very stressful and expensive, I felt entirely taken care of. Customer service is literally where I give everyone 10 stars. I hope people could learn from this place and be as caring and neighbord-hood-ie as this. Awesome. More

My Salesperson, Justin Salvador was very friendly, patient, and down to earth for a first time car buyer as myself. There was no pressure, and he helped me with everything from answering all my questi patient, and down to earth for a first time car buyer as myself. Going to the dealership is always a stressful and time consuming event. That being said Justin, the service manager and Star Nissan helped to make it as painless as possible.
