I came in for service and ended up leaving with a new car! I was looking to upgrade for a while and finally JP showed me a really nice Passat TDI. Malcolm! Let’s talk about Malcolm🤔 this man assisted MY elderly father into the car, before ME 😂.! He almost beat me to assist my mother, he was that courteous! He knows these cars, I learned HOW to drive my car with the test drive with this guy wisdom. He’s honest, smart, professional, and his personality is A+ as well as everyone in this place that I didn’t want to leave 😂 they have the amenities for their customers! 🍎 WiFi 📺 🖥 EVEN PHONE CHARGERS PEOPLE 🤐 📚 and the place is CLEAN. This is coming from someone who had a blood clot in their neck, and superior vena cava ( The second largest vein in the human body) no STRESS AT ALL! It felt great being there honestly. To the GM that I never met, great job keeping the place with a positive vibe; it’s appreciated by my family and I greatly! Great personalities, environment, service and sales from the place!
