Laura was referred by a colleague of mine a few years ago. We ended up leasing our car. Recently, when our lease was coming to an end, we went back to see Laura to see what our options were. We now h ago. We ended up leasing our car. Recently, when our lease was coming to an end, we went back to see Laura to see what our options were. We now have another new VW. Laura walked us through the entire process, was fully transparent and laid out the different options we had. She was very supportive and we never felt pressure to act on something that we were not comfortable with. She continues to check in with us to see how we are enjoying our new ride. Very good experience… AGAIN! We all have a guy for something. My guy is Edgar Anaya. I have multiple cars from this guy. He knows his Volkswagens. Answers questions at the drop o We all have a guy for something. My guy is Edgar Anaya. I have multiple cars from this guy. He knows his Volkswagens. Answers questions at the drop of a dime. He has always addressed my needs and as a result I drive off happy. This time I got a Tiguan SEL RLine…. Oof! Sexy car! The signing part is fast and easy. I always get Ernie and he’s super nice. Knowledgable about the warranty. Explained the whole contract in detail and made sure I was satisfied. Overall the dealership is great. It’s obviously managed by people who care about the brand and in my opinion have ensured that that everyone from the porters to the service guys are well trained. Smiles+courtesy+knowledge=a good dealership I recommend City VW. More

Inaccurate paperwork. Sold me a"new" car with 300+ miles on it. I couldn't get my credit unlocked on a Sat for the financing so they said they'd adjust the interest rate t Sold me a"new" car with 300+ miles on it. I couldn't get my credit unlocked on a Sat for the financing so they said they'd adjust the interest rate the following Monday. That took an act of god and me calling the dealership general manager because the finance guy wouldn't call me back after like 10 calls in 3 days. Had 3 warranty/recall repairs in 2.5 years. Service dept are the WORST. Never have loaners, appointments are a week out, they've lost appointments before and now they won't fix my warrantied AC after a week of jerking me around because "it was probably damaged by a pebble in the road". The additional part is a week out and they're saying $1,500. No. Way. More
