Consistency is very important to me. ... I have used Norman Vassell as a service advisor since he was at Sears years ago as well as Elga at TTB. When he transferred to TTB and she went on ... I have used Norman Vassell as a service advisor since he was at Sears years ago as well as Elga at TTB. When he transferred to TTB and she went on to another position at TTB, Norm became my advisor, my cars' pediatrician. In doing so, I began working also with Justin Ortiz. They are a perfect team, my Batman and Robin, and I can always count on the professionalism of them both. They both ROCK. And that smile of Justin's when he approaches you to help, shows how much he really enjoys his job. That, also, is so important! More

While I truly appreciate the entire service staff for their professionalism, my loyalty and respect for Norman Vassell, from Sears to TTB, cannot be questioned. I ALWAYS know what to expect in quality of their professionalism, my loyalty and respect for Norman Vassell, from Sears to TTB, cannot be questioned. I ALWAYS know what to expect in quality of service and I always get it. I also count on Justin Ortiz to answer questions I may have or if Norm is not available....and always am greeted with that smile of his. The video is a "nice touch" for understanding what my car's "doctor" has diagnosed as I am not car savy. I believe it was Horace (could not find on the staffing list) who brought my car back to me bathed, thanked me for using TTB before I had a chance to thank him...again with a smile. I also want to mention that I appreciate having, what I call, my ToyoCard, giving me the ability to take up to 6mos/no interest to pay the bill. And I love the coupons they send me to help me on my next visit. More

I really won't be coming back here again, and please don't bother calling me. Every single time I come in, it's a new level of pressure, chaos, and scamming. Everyone in the lobby is constantly talking don't bother calling me. Every single time I come in, it's a new level of pressure, chaos, and scamming. Everyone in the lobby is constantly talking about how they've been screwed by this dealership in some way, shape, or form. I was explicitly clear to Justin when I initially started the appointment yesterday that I did not have any time, nor desire to do anything OTHER than my oil change. I told him he can give me the quote, to take to go, but I would NOT be doing anything other than the oil change. I also asked him about a recall that my car received, and he completely ignored it. I told him I did NOT want to purchase new tires today or do anything with my brake fluid, and he again had another conversation with me about it, after I said I needed to get out of there ASAP. He then proceeded to take another 90 minutes after coming to me to re-discuss (an hour after I already had handed over my car), changing my tires and brake fluid. He gave me attitude when I respectfully said I was not going to change them today and appreciated his FYI, and was trying to pressure me by saying "I'm worried about other people on the road"... Seems he stretched out my appointment time even longer, when I said I needed to get out of there asap and to just change the oil. I have had a terrible experience EVERY TIME I come to this dealership. Gettel Toyota from now on ONLY; Never letting those coupons for oil changes get the best of me. You guys seriously need an overhaul. After all that, whoever worked on my car also didn't reset the system to be clear that I'm not due for maintenance, so now I also have an irritating pop up that won't go away till my next oil change. I don't even know if I believe he's changed my oil at this point, and I'm going to get it looked at separately. More
