I came in out of state to look at a 2018 340i. The staff instantly greeted me at the door and I was quickly acquainted with my sales women, Savitri Persaud. Throughtout the entire process from test driving the vehicle, to signing the final paperwork, Savitri went above and beyond in helping me and going over all the options. It’s hard these days to find people who take you seriously and treat you kindly and respectfully, especially when making a purchase that’s so large. I financed the vehicle through BMW as well, and the financial worker was able to get me an interest rate over 2% lower than I was originally approved for as well. The whole process was smooth and they were very open the entire time, leaving no questions to be asked. I am beyond pleased with this experience and I hope more people will find their experience here to be just as pleasant. Thank you BMW! More
