Very rude and impolite . Was about to finalize a certified car , when I noticed the headlights foggy. Instead of dealing with the situation the sales exec said "You don't want it , you can go". More

I purchased a 2014 BMW X1 from Rob Long and flew out from Illinois to pick it up. Vehicle was very clean for being 10 years old. Rob even sent a Lyft to pick me up at the airport.
