I have been in the auto industry for 8 years in a variety of capacities from sales to marketing to my current management position. I am the father of 5 wonderful children and married to my lovely wife Mary. I believe that buying isn't as hard as most dealerships make it, and that's why I love my job at Allentown Kia!

Nick Eckert was my sales rep and I never felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle. He was not pushy by any means. He was informative. And very helpful! Truly the best experience I've ever had! More

DISHONEST & DECEPTIVEMy daughter had been shopping for a DISHONEST & DECEPTIVE My daughter had been shopping for a car and she wanted a Kia Rio S in Blue. After striking out at Lehighton Kia (I reviewed the DISHONEST & DECEPTIVE My daughter had been shopping for a car and she wanted a Kia Rio S in Blue. After striking out at Lehighton Kia (I reviewed them as well) I found the Rio S in Blue on Allentown Kia's website listed for $17,890 with the price crossed out. Quick background, I clicked for the price on 5/17, a week prior to this event, and Julie from Allentown Kia called me and told me the price would be $17,890 minus the $750 Kia rebate and said I could use the $500 online coupon. Back to Thursday, 5/21/21, that evening I clicked on and filled out the $500 coupon that popped up on the Allentown Kia website. The next day at 1:00PM Julie texted me in response to the coupon card. I texted her back requesting a test drive at 5:15 and that she send me a Purchase Agreement showing the price, fees, discounts, taxes and I would then fill out a preapproval form for financing. She responded that she could not email me the agreement so I replied asking for a phone call to discuss the costs - no response. When I got home from work at 4:30 I called Allentown Kia and talked to Julie were she told me that the $17890 was the price and I would be able to use the coupon and the Kia rebate. My daughter and I showed up at 5:15 and Daniel (one of the salesman) met us, took us out in the car, and sat down with us for the sale. Daniel was great and we fully intended to buy the car until the Sale Agreement they presented had the car sale price at $21,900 (NOT $17,890). I blew my top and told Daniel it was BS and went to leave with my daughter. To make the story short, after meeting the sales manager (I believe it was Jake) who straight up told me the owner raised the price of the car we never got below $19k and they tried to pull some magic math which still left the price well over $1000 above what they advertised and they pull the $500 coupon. Allentown Kia INTENSIONALLY lied to us to get us in there and try to sell us a car at a price above what it was advertised for. Lehighton Kia pulled the same price raising game, but at least they had the decency to call and tell me they were doing it before we made the trip up. This particular Rio S had the carpets and no other options, the $17890 matched up with Kia Motors MSRP if you build one on their website. Allentown Kia cannot be trusted and their ownership should be ashamed of themselves. I bought two Kia Sorrento in the past, both at Gateway Kia in Quakertown and frankly I didn't go back to them because they are slippery also (Seeing a theme?). My daughter ended up buying a Hyundai Elantra SEL from Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown - they were great and I would recommend them to anyone. More

I went in anyways and he was a piece of work from the start. Very rude and pushy made me feel like he wanted me to buy the more expensive car that was out of my price range and never took that into consideration. After I said I was gonna look elsewhere he added “good”. More

I have never reviewed a business before in my life and never relied on reviews to do business at Allentown Kia, I have been there many times before and after the ownership changes so I took for granted that they were a costumer service oriented type of business as the sales representative claimed to be.
