After negotiating a price I was given an agreement to sign. When I got home I realized I wasn't given a copy . Called Justin and he emailed me a copy, it was written on a lease agreement. The numbers did sign. When I got home I realized I wasn't given a copy . Called Justin and he emailed me a copy, it was written on a lease agreement. The numbers didn't add up. Called Justin again and he emailed another agreement on a Purchase agreement, but it had totally different numbers from the first agreement. Nobody from Garber signed either agreement. We set up a time and date to pick up my car. When I got to Garber the car wasn't ready. Justin said that it had to be cleaned and detailed. Sat in the showroom for half an hour waiting. Went in to see Dimitri and sign papers. He said that because it was a 2025 it only had a one year warranty for oil changes instead of 2 years for a 2024. Told him that I ordered a 2024 and was told that I would get 2 years. I asked him twice about it, once in his office and again when we left his office. He said he would look into it. I didn't see him after that. Justin spent 5 minutes showing me the car before I left. How to sync my phone, which he wasn't able to do. Said that I needed a cable in order to finish syncing my phone. And he showed me how to set my seat adjustment with the key fob. That was it. Driving home I saw a warning light I didn't see before. Thought something was wrong with the car and drove to a parking lot to look at it. Finally figured out it was a warning for something like lane departure. I didn't know about Idle Stop until I got home and saw it in the manual. I also had to look up how to undo the back seat belts in order to put the back seats down. Still looking up stuff in the manual. I traded in a car over 9 years old and had no idea of all the new features that are on the new vehicles. I should have been shown all of the features before I left. I didn't have a positive experience with anyone that I dealt with. More
