Service appointment itself was great and Jonathan was amazing. However, the dealership itself is no longer a great experience. They used to pay for a whole ride share cost if you had to drop off your veh amazing. However, the dealership itself is no longer a great experience. They used to pay for a whole ride share cost if you had to drop off your vehicle but now I have to pay more than half out of pocket. Additionally, I get constant texts and calls asking me to trade in my vehicles that are only a couple of years old, despite constantly telling sales reps that we are not interested. Again, just not the great experience we used to have here. More
