Stay away from this dealer. They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. When you question it and say you won’t pay they call back and say they “looked at it w They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. When you question it and say you won’t pay they call back and say they “looked at it wrong the first time and it is actually covered under the service contract.” Give a quick search on the lawsuits the company is facing/lost before you deal with them l. Their finance guy told me told me to lie to neighbors credit union to say I was referred by someone I knew. I wasn’t and was told to say I was referred by a name the finance person gave me. More

I recently bought my first ever car from this dealership, and what should have been something to celebrate turned out to be the worst experience in my life. Ever since i got them to take out the market adjus and what should have been something to celebrate turned out to be the worst experience in my life. Ever since i got them to take out the market adjustment they we’re trying to force stuff on me like leather protection etc. and after I specifically told them to only run my credit for honda bank i found three hard inquiries from different banks and they were trying there best not to give me the honda apr offer although i brought my father as a co-signer to over come this issue they gave as xxxx and each time we wanted to walk away from the deal they rush to fix it and try to scam us in another thing. Now I bought the car and was promised a tint and all season mats as a sorry for what happened. And it have been over a week and they stopped picking my call nor respond to my msgs . ould give 0 stars if it were an option! Horrible experience at Ed Napelton Honda. Negotiation process was sneaky with add on and “market adjustment” - and while legal, not a great exper Horrible experience at Ed Napelton Honda. Negotiation process was sneaky with add on and “market adjustment” - and while legal, not a great experience. Especially considering the neighboring Honda dealer does not even mention Market Adjustment — with a more robust inventory of same model! But the real issue, and one I will be pursuing further with the appropriate parties, is the financing piece. The Finance Manager wasTHE MOST unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. Demeanor was downright rude. But the issue at hand is the deceptive lending practice. No disclosure of interest rate until the LAST paper to sign. This rate was with a non Honda bank and 2.5 times the Honda rate of 2.9% despite my stellar credit score. They also did not disclose that full loan amount was required to avoid said “market adjustment”. He then blatantly lied and said the interest impact of the high rate was “only a couple hundred dollars”. I actually understand simple interest and calculated in the room that indeed the impact is $1400. Totally misleading! I wonder how many women listened to his reassurance and just signed??? They next day they were kind enough to offer me the Honda Rate which all the other dealers were offering without these horrific provisions. Seriously? We walked away of course and found a better equipped model for a lower price AND lower interest rate down the street. Will never ever set foot in this dealer and will make sure no one I care about does the same. More

Ben was on it from the minute I told him of our interest in a used CR-V. He provided excellent customer service, including staying more than an hour past closing time after he had been working since early m in a used CR-V. And he thoroughly went over all the features of our "new" used car when we picked it up the next day, The Napleton team is to be commended for being out in front of everything with information once we expressed interest in a vehicle at their dealership.
