Was disappointed that the financing aspect was already completed and I was expected to just sign paperwork. No regard was given for down payment, possibly trade in, or any negotiations whatsoever on the M completed and I was expected to just sign paperwork. The vehicle is great and now I know that better communication is necessary the next time I deal with Toyota. Also Justin did a great job of explaining the features to us. More
