The car I got didn’t have some of the interior protection mats that we discussed. After I got the car realized there was a huge stain in the backseat. When financing, the extended warranty was sort of snuc mats that we discussed. After I got the car realized there was a huge stain in the backseat. What a great experience we went through 6 dealerships with terrible service ended up here at Honda of lake city walked in and out and I mean literally. Told them my price point and they played no games w with terrible service ended up here at Honda of lake city walked in and out and I mean literally. Told them my price point and they played no games whatsoever gave me qoute on the spot for an out the door price matching what I said I could pay. I walked in and out within 15 min came back the next day with my wife closed and drove away within an hour or two . Ohh and they bought us all lunch 🤣🤙🏻🇺🇸 More

I had a wonderful experience working with Donny Albritton and Justin MacFarlane. HOLC stands apart from the rest! Prior to coming here, I wasted a few frustrating months going to several other dealerships, and Justin MacFarlane. HOLC stands apart from the rest! Prior to coming here, I wasted a few frustrating months going to several other dealerships, much closer to home, who full of games, crazy fees and add-ons, and very unfair and non-competitive pricing. From my first encounter with HOLC to coming the deal (within a few days), everything was professional, clear, upfront, fair and competitive. Well worth the drive from Tallahassee. My wife, and I, have bought many cars, in the past. We have never experienced such a smooth process, in our previous purchases. I initiated contact with Justin, their Internet manager. He listened intently, to our needs, and found the SUV for us. He placed us with salesman, Jake McRannolds. Jake showed us the vehicle, and all it had to offer. Jake is very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles and services and is a great guy to work with. Our new vehicle not only meets our needs, but is “fully loaded”, and our payment is very comfortable. I highly recommend, Honda, of Lake City, to anyone looking to make a purchase, where the customer is, not only respected, but still number one! More
