We talked price and they made a offer we almost took, but I wanted to visit West Metro to see the vehicle I saw on line first. We could not have made it easier. Walked in and said exactly what we were looking for. They didn't know if it was still on the lot, but they found it and brought it around. We liked it, talked price, and purchased within a hour. We dealt with Justin, who is laid back and easy to talk to. We met the owner, and he bought us ice cream. So far, so good. Can't give a five star, because they would not bend on adding a rear pair of mud flaps that we had seen and liked on another Denali. WHAT? Are you kidding?? We just handed you a 72 thousand dollar check, after pointing out the vehicle we wanted and you can't pop for the GM mudflaps we want? We wanted them on the rear. We were told they only come in pairs and cost in the 500 dollar range. We would have to buy front and back and then it would be another 300.00 to install. That was a slap in the face.
