This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Halleen Kia North Olmsted. My family has purchased here as well on my recommendation ?. I came in to look at trading in my purchased Kia vehicle (with 2 years left to pay it off. I already knew I sitting at about "a wash" i.e. even equity if I traded in. The last two sales team members I had worked with were no longer there. (The last gentleman I worked with was Pat Halleen, who's now over at Sandusky, having been promoted. Go Pat!) I initially spoke with Justin, who promptly greeted me, I was assured that he would introduce me to someone equally knowledgeable and friendly. After just a moment, I was greeted by Arnaldo who immediately made me feel at ease. Through taking the time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for, we narrowed my choices down to two makes of vehicles and shortly thereafter I had gotten approved and made my vehicle choice. Arnaldo explained everything thouroghly to me and I went home a very happy customer. Arnaldo went above and beyond to make me happy so THANK YOU Arnaldo! Needed a better car My 10 year old car was on it's last leg when I drove into the dealership. My muffler system was about to fall off. Looked at a Soul. Needed paperwork My 10 year old car was on it's last leg when I drove into the dealership. My muffler system was about to fall off. Looked at a Soul. Needed paperwork from home to complete the deal. My salesman Jon O.,made it possible for me to drive a Soul home that night as he didn't think my car was safe to drive. I came back the next day and unfortunately I couldn't afford the Soul but they got me into a car that was affordable for me and I am very happy with it. All of the people I dealt with were kind and professional. More

Fantastic experience! I did a quick search online before coming in. Within minutes of submitting my search, Phyllis reached out. The next morning, I came in and was immediately greeted by Jim's smiling face. He was friendly and attentive throughout every moment of the process. He listened to my incredibly vague outline of what I needed, was patient and understanding while going over my complicated finances and various streams of income, and located exactly the car for me right away. There was some back and forth with the bank, but after all was worked out, I met with Justin to sign all of the paperwork. He was friendly and engaging, and explained everything to me quickly and clearly. The whole process was incredibly efficient on their end. I was lacking some documentation and had some struggles on my end with delivering my trade-in vehicle, which meant a very long day despite their efficiency. Still, everyone I encountered remained friendly, cheerful, and understanding. This was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. At no point did I feel pressured or manipulated; on the contrary, I felt as though Jim actually cared about me and became a friend. I walked away, despite all odds, with a car that I'm in love with, and a sales experience that I would recommend to anyone. More
