On March 28 I leased one new car 2024Tucson plug in limited . Yesterday (April 15) afternoon when my wife drived to Promona, the water light flashed. After consult with the service advisor We had to call the customer service number to tower this car to Puente Hills Hyundai. Julie and her manager promised to my wife that they will prepare one good car for my wife today and my wife just need to go to signer and take the car immediately. But today when my wife went to dealership find that they have done nothing. And they asked Kurt to go to lease a car with my wife. We are very unsatisfied , firstly a new car of 20 days becoming a problem car, Secondly they waste our time my wife had to stop her work to take the car temporary. We will keep our right to complaint to CDCA. More
