Some quick background: I leased a 2019 Infiniti Q50 from Kelly Infiniti back in 2019 and everything went smooth. When that lease was coming to a close I called Kelly Infiniti and told them that I would like Kelly Infiniti back in 2019 and everything went smooth. When that lease was coming to a close I called Kelly Infiniti and told them that I would like to lease again however this time I was interested in leasing a 2021 Q60 which they claimed that they had some at the time which unknown to me they didn't. So I went in and they immediately had a 2020 Q60 pulled up that was not available for lease which was weird, but I rolled with it. They then grossly undervalued my trade in so I left and leased a Q60 elsewhere. Fast forward to today I met with Justin and the early process went smooth and I explained to him that I am also in sales and I wouldn't like the run around. So I test drove the vehicle and I liked it and I told Justin that I would like to lease it. He then came over with the numbers with no breakdown (what my trade was worth, what the rebates were, what the discounts were, what the MSRP was, ETC.). This immediately made me feel concerned so I asked for the breakdown. When Justin got that for me my trade wasn't involved in the breakdown as they were just going to ground my vehicle and have Infiniti take it back. The issue with that is I am 10k miles over my mile allowance so I would have been hit with a $2,500 bill later that they would not have disclosed to me, and I would have been liable for that. After finding this out I asked what if I were to trade it in how much would they give me? They came back with a mediocre number and I was flipped by about $1,300. Which would have been fine if they showed me that from the beginning like we had agreed upon. After realizing that this was not going to work I asked for my keys back. Justin then kept trying to strong arm me into leasing the vehicle. So I kept responding asking for my keys back. It took me SIX times to ask for my keys before I got them. Being that I am someone that works in this business that pissed me off as I was not trained to hold people hostage. It took the manager Cong to come over to convince Justin to give my keys back. I was doing my best to be polite up until this point, but I ended up having to just about beg to leave. So after two not so great experiences I don't plan on going back. More

They really do MAKE IT EASY! ! … honest sales and excellent service. I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Kelly Infiniti in Danvers, MA for always making my car buying exp ! … honest sales and excellent service. I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Kelly Infiniti in Danvers, MA for always making my car buying experience glorious. Most recently, I was taken care of and shown exceptional attention by Victoria Puopolo (Product Specialist), Cong Truong (General Sales Manager), Nicklas Gird (Service Advisor), Roman Babayants (Business Manager), and Lisa Avola (General Manager). For me, it is more about the “how” over the “what” … and how ya’all do business keeps me coming back for more… every. xxxx. time. I’ve previously had 2 Infiniti Q50 Sports over the past 6 years, this latest one being my 3rd. You know I love my Infiniti’s… but just because I felt like it may be time for a change, I had my eye on other comparable makes/models. What got me to get my 3rd Infiniti in a row was you all, as well as the warm family experience, awesome hospitality, and exceptional responsiveness at Kelly Infiniti. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Victoria was very personable, connected with me, and always went the extra mile, allowing me to relish the experience and take my time in making every decision. When I mentioned I was interested in seeing a black or blue Q50, Cong surprised me during my next visit by having secured both vehicles (one from Norwood, one from NJ) for me to see in person. I’m a very visual person, so seeing is believing for me. These fine people tailored my eventual vehicle to a tee exactly the way I wanted it… a black 2023 Q50 Red Sport 400 AWD with black rims. Over the past few years, Nick has ALWAYS taken top-notch care of me with Service, and he and the service team (Mike Magulas, Tynan Connors, Francisco Hernendez et al) got the car in perfect shape for me. Shoutouts are also in order to Justin, Mike, Josh, Hannah, Maria, Olivia, and the detail crew… ya’all probably didn’t even realize it, but you always had the biggest welcomes or conversation tidbits that made me feel at home. And my stars… I even got to see Brian Kelly with his 4th of July sporty sunglasses on for a moment when I was picking up my car. Lastly, this entire dream team knows I am very detail-oriented, and I ask a lot of questions and am particular with my requests… I never MAKE IT EASY, but you guys always do. I appreciate everyone’s patience with me. You let me be me throughout… so thank you, thank you! Love the new car so far… and I especially adore the black rims the team helped me to get (again, you went the extra mile per usual). The Infiniti wheels were custom-painted at 5 Star Rims in Peabody, MA, and the work they do there is phenomenal… they truly do make it look factory-issued as Cong and everyone at Kelly attested to. The guy I went to see at 5 Star to pick out the particular high gloss metallic black I wanted for the rims was Chris. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he took the time with me to review different palette options of black that would complement the black on the body of the car (subtle, yet not overbearing). Lisa, it is truly ALWAYS a pleasure interacting with you every time I come into Kelly Infiniti, whether for sales, service, etc. You are the quintessential guru of true salesmanship, and you seamlessly show me and everyone “how it’s done.” You know you've created a team of all-stars over there, Lisa! Everyone from reception to sales to service to detail to parts to finance to marketing... you know better than me how much of a team effort it truly is. And I have sincerely appreciated every interaction with each individual over the years. And that's pretty hard to say with most places. I guess there's a reason why your dealership was the first Infiniti dealership on the planet... and you guys are still doing it better than anyone around to this day. Cheers to you all. Mike the sales manager top notch and Josh the finance dude. Truly happy with this purchase. Wasn’t expecting that from a huge dealership. I highly recommend them. Even went back for some accessories (cargo liner and tonneau cover) and the service guy offered to carry my stuff out. Even just to offer….I appreciated it. Sale was already done. Justin, Mike and Josh….great experience thank you. More

I went in to purchase a used vehicle they had advertised (2008 Mercedes C300). The advertised price was well above anything similar on the market. Third party websites also stated that the vehicle was overp (2008 Mercedes C300). The advertised price was well above anything similar on the market. Third party websites also stated that the vehicle was overpriced by about 2K. I was a cash buyer and was only looking for a fair deal, willing to pay a little above the other makes with similar mileage and condition understanding the market and dealerships have to make $. My salesman (Justin) was very polite and his continued follow up was great. The Sales Manager, Cong, was not very accommodating saying he would rather sell the car to an employee for what I was willing to pay as a new customer that could potentially write a great review. I was also told that they had a lot of money tied into the vehicle and paid a lot for the trade in. I did not think it was fair to pass those potential costs onto the new buyer. A car is only worth what it is worth. I would understand if I was trying to purchase a new vehicle, the buyer does not have much wiggle room on the sticker. However, this was the most expensive 15 year old Mercedes base model on the market. I showed them the other 2008 C300 from another dealership in similar condition and mileage that I was going to purchase. I gave Infinity 1 last opportunity to come down on the price showing them the other vehicle. We were not able to make a deal. I've had the other C300 now for over a month and glad I didn't spend 3K more on this one. This review is only my experience for a used vehicle. I would assume that this cost inflation is similar with their other used cars. I can't speak for the service with their new vehicles. More
