If you want to buy a car with no pressure, professionalism, and from someone who knows a lot about Mercedes…. John is your man!!!! I was torn between the SUV that John had at his dealership and another make/model at another dealership. I went in, test drove the car and John helped me way out my options. He did it in a helpful, pleasant way. And when I finally made up my mind, he was very prompt at getting me the paperwork and getting me the beautiful vehicle! He even stayed late that day to do the paperwork after I finally made up my mind!! Also, he went above and beyond to show me and teach me how to use all the new fancy bells and whistles! The whole staff and process at Sears was AMAZING!! I’m obsessed with my new wheels!! My only regret is not getting a photo by it when it was sparkling with a bow on top!!! More
