I went to Bob Rohrman Subaru, because I thought I found the perfect car although I am from Illinois. The experience initially was good but since buying my car at the end of January, my temporary license ha the perfect car although I am from Illinois. The experience initially was good but since buying my car at the end of January, my temporary license has expired and I cannot get anyone at Bob Rohrman including Justin, Josh, and Brenda, to figure out what happened and why I cannot get an Illinois license plates. I spent around $30,000 to buy this car and now I cannot drive it because I do not have legal plates. I have called I have emailed I have texted the above people and they can’t find it in their day to call me back and figure out what the problem is so I will never do business with this dealership again and I will make sure anybody I know won’t either. What is the purpose of buying a car if you can’t drive it? More

Buying a Subaru was one of the worst decisions I have made. I was effectivly sold a lemon of a vehicle, that was never serviced correctlly. I am still having massive system failures on the vehicle with n made. I was effectivly sold a lemon of a vehicle, that was never serviced correctlly. I am still having massive system failures on the vehicle with no solutions being provided. Continious error lights, screens not working, backup camera issues, etc. Staff are very difficult to reach, and will often never return phone calls. These issues with the bank as well, and I am stuck with a car I feel practically unsafe to drive. The speed of my sale and money are the only driving factors. My feelings are not taken into consideration. Ever. More
