From my first visit to Honda of Fort Myers, I felt valued as a customer. They demonstrated a patient, no-pressure approach that made the experience comfortable, even for someone who does a lot of research before buying. What impressed me most: - Clear, indepth explanations of vehicle features and technology - Honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees - Thorough test drives that highlighted real-world benefits - Transparent financing options with competitive rates - Friendly follow up and attention to after-sales service They helped me compare trims, color options, and packages without rushing me. The entire process from test drive to paperwork was efficient and seamless. I left with the exact Honda I wanted, feeling confident and appreciated as a customer. I had a confirmed appointment at this dealership for 6:30 PM to view and potentially purchase a specific used vehicle. I arrived early at 6:15 PM, only to be told the car had already been sold at 5:30 PM, a PM to view and potentially purchase a specific used vehicle. I arrived early at 6:15 PM, only to be told the car had already been sold at 5:30 PM, a full hour before my appointment. No one contacted me to inform me, and they still let me come in and sit around for hours knowing the car was no longer available. To make things worse, toward the end of the visit, after I had been at the dealership for nearly three hours, a manager falsely and publicly accused me of being intoxicated a completely defamatory and unfounded accusation. I was calm, respectful, and had been clearly visible on the premises the entire time. This was not only deeply offensive but potentially damaging to my personal and professional reputation. I work for a law firm and understand the legal implications of making such false and harmful statements. This was not a misunderstanding it was a clear attempt to deflect blame and avoid accountability. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a comparable vehicle, they walked me around the lot and tried to upsell me on a brand-new car, something I never asked for a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I stayed at the dealership until nearly 9 PM and left feeling disrespected, misled, and insulted. I am formally reporting this dealership to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will be sharing this experience across platforms. If you value your time, reputation, and want to be treated with professionalism, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More

I Bought a 2025 Hr-V with 650 miles on it. New vehicles come with 2 keys, I know I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but because of the low miles and year of the Hr-V I didn't expect to receive New vehicles come with 2 keys, I know I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but because of the low miles and year of the Hr-V I didn't expect to receive 1 key. When I asked for the second key I was offered an unprogrammed second key and told I would have to pay to program it and was told by the Pre-Owned Sales Manager (you get what a used car comes with and I don't understand wholesale) The initial Sales Manager,the Salesperson and the Finance person were all professional otherwise. I will rethink where I Service my New -Pre owned vehicle in future. More

We showed up at 4 pm, left around 7-8pm. They continuesly made us wait over 30-40 minutes at a time when the entirety of our interactions added up to about an hour to an hour n a half. Rafael when we were signing our paperwork for the vehicle kept covering up the pricing on but assured us that is was the price we agreed on, when I called the dealer 2 days later because I found out that he in fact lied to me about the pricing and added an extra 10k on top of it they forwarded me to the finance department, I called a total of 10 times, each time they hung up without even letting it ring twice. Don’t waste your time at this dealership like I did or they’ll take your money and scam you. We also looked at a 2020 f150 with 50k miles, the ac was not blowing cold, we drove it for about 10-15 minutes which is on average more than enough time for a 5 year old vehicle to cool down and the salesman kept insisting that it was because it was hot outside, that’s a lie. The under carriage was caked in mud as well, it was a fleet truck, from what the salesman told me they primarily get auction vehicles for used cars. I’ve worked at both a Lexus and a mercedes and this is not common practice, common practice would be bringing trucks like this with big issues to auction because they can’t sell it to someone. This dealership isn’t worth your time, don’t trust their used vehicles and if you do buy from them, stand your ground and insist to see the fine prints and the final price, don’t let Rafael lie to you in your face and cover up the paperwork like he did to me.
