The service department at Beck is the best I've worked with out of the 15 or so I've had. Their attention and customer support has been great. I live 3 hours south of Beck and would rather make the drive with out of the 15 or so I've had. Their attention and customer support has been great. I live 3 hours south of Beck and would rather make the drive to them than use my local dealer. We have several Ram trucks and several Jeeps. I highly recommend them. David, Justin and the team are always the best! More

The service team was prompt and very polite. Brook explained that my first service on my new van was free!. He also said they would rotate the tires. He showed me where I could wait for someone who was picking me up. They took my car back right away. My ride came for me and we were surprised at how quickly they called to say my van was ready for pickup. The lady who checked me out gave me a free car wash! It was a very good day! More
