30 thousand mile service was believed to be done. Then service lights came on showing low windshield wiper fluid. I stopped by three weeks after the service visit and a technician reset service notic Then service lights came on showing low windshield wiper fluid. I stopped by three weeks after the service visit and a technician reset service notice. Two weeks have passed (six weeks since the service visit) and windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, and radiator fluids levels are extremely low. After four attempts calling, Chris nor any other Service Manager have responded to calls. The 30 thousand mile Service Visit cost over $600. I cannot help but questions if any works were done on the car. I hope Lithia Reno Subaru does not treat others in this manner. Poor workmanship and poor service. More

Very efficient timely and friendly Great customer service! The whole experience from driving into dealership , service writer was friendly and listened to my concern about making sure Great customer service! The whole experience from driving into dealership , service writer was friendly and listened to my concern about making sure car was service for my road trip next day, waiting was comfortable. They checked with me to make sure I was comfortable and let me know when car was about finished. Justin walked me out to the car. In and out in an hour! More

out of 1-10 the service dept gets a 10. I made an appointment and they completed the oil change within the hour. Service was very professional and efficient.
