Justin was really great to work with. I do not enjoy the car buying experience, in fact I kind of dread it. After my last experience I was certain I would only buy from carvana or Carmax I do not enjoy the car buying experience, in fact I kind of dread it. After my last experience I was certain I would only buy from carvana or Carmax in the future. Justin won me back. He was really chill, no pressure, just a really nice person. He helped me with a handful of things immediately after the sale such as getting windows tinted, fixing a small dent, made sure things I left in my trade-in got back to me. The car I bought somehow got a crack in the windshield at the dealership before I took it home and he got that replaced. He said he would do things and followed through. It was overall a great experience at the dealership but Justin was awesome to work with. Really appreciated working with him, would highly recommend. More
