I have been working with Justin for over 3 months. I have been wanting to trade my Tiguan in for an ID.4. We were finally able to get it done this past Saturday. I couldn't be happier. I got the lease term that I requested and all the bells that come with this ID.4. Justin was patient with me and knew this was a big decision. When I got to the dealership to sign, I was thinking I was going to be there for hours, but I was in and out in less then an hour. Only because it needed to be detailed. When we did the walk thru of the vehicle, we noticed there was a large scratch. Justin immediately said that they would get the fixed. Appointment is tomorrow. Super fast service. I am excited to see what the next 2 years brings with this lease and new adventure in the Electric car genre. More

Justin was the first person I came in contact with on the lot. I explained to him my situation and that I really wasn’t sure what I wanted. But definitely knew what I didn’t want.
