Great to geyt my new truck from Springfield Ford When in to look at new 2017 Ford trucks after being unsuccessful finding a 2016 leftover at numerous dealers. Ended up working with Steve Amabile and When in to look at new 2017 Ford trucks after being unsuccessful finding a 2016 leftover at numerous dealers. Ended up working with Steve Amabile and we sat down and went over everything I wanted and ended up ordering the exact truck I wanted and ended up getting a 2017 truck for same price I would of got for 2016 leftover. Steve went over all the options pro's and con's so I could make my choices for options. After finalizing the deal I also dealt with Paul Hixon or had me prepared to make the transaction in a timely manner and then he sat in my new truck and explained all the options in computer to get me started. Would definitely recommend using Springford Ford for purchasing your next vehicle. More

Although, I purchased a Chevy at a Ford dealership Paul was extremely well versed in all makes and models of vehicles. Therefore, he could answer all my questions about the Chevy Truck I wound up purchasing from him. I would definitely shop at Springfield Ford again because of Paul. Don't get me wrong everyone else I can in contact with at Springfield Ford was very nice and helpful, but Paul was exceptional. Shop at Springfield Ford and ask for Paul. Oh! I didn't get paid to say any of these nice things about Paul and he isn't a relative of mine either. I'm just a firm believer in letting it be known when someone does a good job. Thank Paul! More

Bill got us a great deal and found that my perfect car had just arrived on the lot. We were there a long time, but when we left I was driving my new Ford Escape. I will send everyone I know to this dealership. And by the way...stay away from Pacifico Ford. Hard-sell types. Yuck! More
