We had heard about the Ford C-Max Energi, but our local dealership was not interested in helping us. My brother told us about Bob Flick, and what a wonderful experience we had! Bob couldn't have been more helpful or nicer, explaining all of the different features of the C-Max Energi. He went above and beyond in all that he did for us. The finance department was also very helpful and efficient; paperwork was a breeze! We will be using Bob Flick and Springfield Ford/Lincoln in the future.
