I have gotten a new battery, starter, brake switch and fuel pump in the last 6 months. My car continued to leave me stranded after I got the battery. Then they said I needed a new starter. It only started fuel pump in the last 6 months. My car continued to leave me stranded after I got the battery. Then they said I needed a new starter. It only started working properly after I added the brake switch. My car only has 65,000 miles. Their estimates are always lower than the amount they end up charging for service. When I asked for reasoning for a new fuel pump they replied: It was the amount of gas I had in the car at the time. I will not be back. More

Be careful of dealers that advertise a "Certified" vehicle when it's actually not certified. Extremely disappointed that when we researched the vehicle before purchasing, every website (including Sta vehicle when it's actually not certified. Extremely disappointed that when we researched the vehicle before purchasing, every website (including State Line Nissan's very own website) specifically stated it was a "Certified" used vehicle (Nissan Rogue). That's the only reason I wanted that particular car. Otherwise, I would have chosen the Certified 2020 GMC Terrain from the other dealer down the street. However, after purchasing, when we asked about the second key fob we needed for the car, we were informed that the car was NOT certified so we had to pay $221.49 just for the key fob. The finance manager said we ended getting a better deal but I informed her that was only because she charged us $3400 for the extended warranty on the car. Be forewarned! More
