Everyone on the staff I've encountered was very friendly, very pleasant (always). I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the check in was quick, but the service was not. I waited 2 hours for a ti very pleasant (always). I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the check in was quick, but the service was not. I waited 2 hours for a tire rotation. I was on the way up to the desk to get my car back when someone opened the door to tell me my car was ready. I also didn't get a car wash which I thought was part of the service. Maybe they only did that when they were under the Hall name. I'd still recommend this service center as I've been here a few times before and received excellent service. This time was just lacking a bit. More

I had an excellent experience at Southern Hyundai Chesapeake. I was immediately greeted by Charles (“Chuck”) Goodman, who took the time to ask me the right questions to find my perfect vehicle. After Chesapeake. I was immediately greeted by Charles (“Chuck”) Goodman, who took the time to ask me the right questions to find my perfect vehicle. After driving my previous car for 12 years, there were a lot of new features to become acquainted with and Chuck patiently walked me through the finer details. Chuck was easy to communicate with, and he made sure I was 100% confident and satisfied with my vehicle-buying decision. The whole team at Southern Hyundai (Chris Thompson and Steve Johnson to name a few others!) were excellent and knowledgeable , and they worked together efficiently to make my purchase a pleasant experience.
