He was very professional and treated me and my wife as though we were purchasing a new Mercedes. We negotiated the price with him for weeks. But he never gave up on us, and in the end we bought the car. I’m 75 and have bought probably 40 cars and this was the most pleasant and professional buy. I know this type of attitude comes from the top down. Congratulations to whoever leads this dealership. When it is time for me or my friends to buy a Mercedes, you will be our first, maybe only, stop. More
