Justin and his finance manager, Branden Wright, were direct and honest through the entire process. All said and done, a deal was made within 24 hours. I cannot commend these two enough. Buying/leasing a vehicle can be a stressful and sometimes annoying experience, but I can't imagine using either of those words to describe this dealership. Having purchased from Prestige in the past, from the initial email sent to Justin, I remembered why I would not purchase anywhere else. Justin found exactly what I was looking for, and answered every question, making sure I was completely satisfied. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we did everything "virtually." Regardless, everything was still handled professionally, and we had a deal with 24 hours. The best part by far, Justin brought the car and the paperwork to me, and took my trade in, saving me a 45 minute drive both ways! I cannot be any more happy with my 2020 GLI, and Prestige Volkswagen.
