Emergency Fix The silver button on the gear stick fell off. I was not able to put the car into Park or Reverse without the button on. Bad experience on the services When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. F When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. Finally, they said it's done. Went to pick up my car and saw this additional $21 for tire rotation. Can't believed they charged me for something I didn't ask for. I just bought my tires 5 months ago. I was not happy with the bill, so the guy agrees to take off from the invoice. For the power steering, I asked him what's wrong with it. He said it started to leak on the power steering. So, I asked did they fixed it? He said no, but they will see if it leak a lot next time. I waiting for 6 hours and you didn't do anything? This service is so unacceptable. More

Battery Change Justin and his mechanic quickly swapped out the battery in the van, respecting my wife's time. Since our two you children were sleeping in the van, J Justin and his mechanic quickly swapped out the battery in the van, respecting my wife's time. Since our two you children were sleeping in the van, Justin and the mechanic allowed my wife and children to remain in there, parked in sun, while they did the swap. It would have been extremely difficult for my wife to take both sleeping children out of the van and wait. We are extremely appreciative! More

Service department Justin from the service dept is AMAZING. We have seen him serveral times for car issues, and he never fails to impress. He is efficient, accommodati Justin from the service dept is AMAZING. We have seen him serveral times for car issues, and he never fails to impress. He is efficient, accommodating, very friendly, and professional. My newborn and toddler fell asleep in the car so instead of having me wake them and take them to the waiting room, he let me stay in the car and had the technician fix the car problem where I was already parked. I am very grateful for not only Justin’s amazing thoughtfulness and service, but also to the technician who was kind enough to brave the sun/heat/sweat to help ease the stress of this mother with a broken car. Extremely impressed with how great this service department is in comparison to ~10 years ago. More

Best Honda dealership on Oahu I purchased a fully loaded 2015 Honda Accord in July 2017 from Honda Windward. Not only was the sales experience excellent, but I have had the vehicl I purchased a fully loaded 2015 Honda Accord in July 2017 from Honda Windward. Not only was the sales experience excellent, but I have had the vehicle in for both warranty and non-warranty service. Always on time, explanations are complete, and service costs are reasonable. It simply does not get any better. Highly recommended. More
