Went to pick up my car and saw this additional $21 for tire rotation. Can't believed they charged me for something I didn't ask for. I just bought my tires 5 months ago. I was not happy with the bill, so the guy agrees to take off from the invoice. For the power steering, I asked him what's wrong with it. He said it started to leak on the power steering. So, I asked did they fixed it? He said no, but they will see if it leak a lot next time. I waiting for 6 hours and you didn't do anything? This service is so unacceptable. More

Since our two you children were sleeping in the van, Justin and the mechanic allowed my wife and children to remain in there, parked in sun, while they did the swap. My newborn and toddler fell asleep in the car so instead of having me wake them and take them to the waiting room, he let me stay in the car and had the technician fix the car problem where I was already parked. I am very grateful for not only Justin’s amazing thoughtfulness and service, but also to the technician who was kind enough to brave the sun/heat/sweat to help ease the stress of this mother with a broken car.
