They scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for me, which was early in the morning before work. Honda service also allowed me to leave my car there all day while I was at work. Next, the drop-off--I came in and brought my car down to the service department, handed over my keys and went over the service that would be done to the car. I also explained an additional issue I was having with the car that had recently started, and Justin said he would have the mechanics look at it. Then I left for the day and called later to confirm that my car was ready for pick up. I showed up, paid for the service and left. More

Awesome service! Justin Baker gave me an estimate of 3 hours for when my service was expected to be completed. Gilbert (shuttle driver) was friendly as he drove us to Justin Baker gave me an estimate of 3 hours for when my service was expected to be completed. Amazing Honda Windward knows the meaning of customer service. They take the time to listen, fix a problem and do it all with a smile. I would never go anywh Honda Windward knows the meaning of customer service. They take the time to listen, fix a problem and do it all with a smile. I would never go anywhere else. When you service a car every 6 weeks you get to know the staff well and to not enjoy them and or like them would be so stressful. Honda Windward always serves me even when I am an hour and a half late most every time, Others dealers would say you are going to have to reschedule . I come from Mililani Tech Park and sometimes it takes a few extra minutes to get out the door, you just can't run back home when driving to Kaneohe . Te staff is amazing and Dalton the service manager takes care of his customers. He always takes all the worries away when I have a mechanical issue. He is going to get it fixed and find the best possible way to do it. Honda Windward is honest, they don't try and over service your automobile. I can go on but do I need too? Gemi More

He was very courteous, professional, had excellent communication skills and was very accommodating. Justin made the whole process very smooth. He even scheduled an appointment to fix my bubbling tint when I brought my car in and asked him about the tint warranty. Justin was very accommodating when I forgot to bring my updated insurance card for my safety check. He provided several options to help get the information to him and when one failed he had another solution. More
