After a no start of my Accord this morning, I called service and spoke with them about the problem. Checked the batter voltage as suggested, it was low at 11.16 volts. Used my Compact Lithium jump sta service and spoke with them about the problem. Checked the batter voltage as suggested, it was low at 11.16 volts. Used my Compact Lithium jump starter and was able to immediately obtain an engine start. Called Honda Windward Service back and asked for an immediate service check and or replacement of my battery. Justin Baker came thru for me and I brought the car in a little after 11am today Friday 11th. Battery was in need of a change out. Job complete on my way in an hour! Thank again Justin and service team for a quick fix at a reasonable price. Definitely a five star rating Justin and your crew, you da' best! More
