Besides being in the dealership, I had many phone conversations with Dave Snoddy. He was always professional, friendly, courteous, and patient answering my many questions! Dave worked very hard to make a “dealer trade” to get me the vehicle I wanted. I was extremely impressed with Dave’s abilities. I also met with Justin who was thorough and very knowledgeable. I purchased the truck late Saturday. The man that helped me was great. The Finace guy was also great. They told to come back to get the car derailed since they were closed. So I did. After I waited 1 jr and 30 mins they brought it back and nothing was done except a car wash. They sent it back to the detail shop brought it back and was still not detailed. After already being there for 2 hours at this point . I just went and did it my myself. More
