In 1997, I had my first BMW experience at the Susan G. Komen 'Drive for the Cure' event. I got behind the wheel of the newly-released Z3. I never understand why people made such a fuss about BMWs, but when I drove that car, top down through the winding Chester County roads, I quickly understood. As a part of my early training, I attended the BMW Academy in Greenville, SC, where I spent one week testing each model under the most extreme conditions. That experience showed me the unique driving characteristics of each car. I currently have an M3 Coupe with a six-speed transmission. It's like driving a race car: the handling and performance is unbelievable. It's also a very limited production model. I enjoy helping people, and I always try to make the process of car shopping as enjoyable as it can be.

And Frank Adinolfi , who has been my service advisor for many years is second to none. BMW lives up to its name as the “ultimate driving experience”, but Otto’s takes that motto to a whole new level. My 16 year old son got a crash course lesson in branding when we went to pick our car up. From our reception til the time we drive the car off the lot, he was over the top Wowed by every detail - as was I. Now he wants to sell BMW’s someday, and at Otto’s. I’ve done business with several other BMW dealerships in the area as well as Delaware. None can compare to the sincerity and service I’ve received at Otto’s over the years. None. Perfection ! More

Raheem Barnett and Brian Menda are part of the Genius Program. They are available to instruct and answer questions to enable you to get the most out of the iDrive system. After spending some time with them, I came away more comfortable with the systems and felt more in charge of my environment knowing I knew how to utilize the cars technology. More

I think the hallmark of any service provider is consistency of behaviors. At Otto's It starts with how I'm warmly greeted at the front door by Robin Gibbons, the receptionist, to my sales consultant, Justice Mogano, whom I consider to be a trusted advisor as well as a family friend. Couple that with a friendly, efficient service staff that explains in plain language what is needed to insure a well maintained and safe vehicle, and you have a recipe for success that keeps me coming back. Awesome experience! I had reached a point in life where, once my old sedan became not worth servicing, I felt I had earned a “nice car”. I wasn’t sure what that meant but on the advice of my cousin went to Otto’s. What a wonderful recommendation! Dallas (sorry for losing his last name) was the ‘genius’ who focused my needs and desires to pick the 3 series. Justice Morgano was the salesman who found the perfect choice. Everyone there was so kind and helpful, far nicer than all the other dealerships I had visited. I would highly recommend them! More
