When I returned to complete the purchase, he patiently walked me through every feature, something that I’ve never had any other salesman do when, especially when buying used. Nick in Finance was just as impressive. The financing process was quick and seamless, a refreshing change from the 3–4 hour experiences I’ve had purchasing from neighboring Audi dealerships. I’m honestly still taken back by how efficient and enjoyable the entire experience was. A 2024 M440 xDrive Gran Coupe with color that was so amazing. I flew up from KY and purchased this car and drove back 650 miles the same day. WOW! What an upgrade form my 2017 BMW 430i xDrive Gran Coupe. Justice was extremely helpful, from correlating my UBER from the airport to the dealership, to patiently walking me through all the features of the vehicle. I was so impressed with the dealership, I wish every car purchase was this fun and enjoyable. I buy cars every 7 to 9 years, and I would buy from BMW West Chester in the future.
