I sat three and a half hours for what was supposed to hour and a half. No coffee for customers? No drivers? My remote STILL doesn't work too. No way tech didn't know remote start didn't work. Every time we go there something doesn’t get done ! One time tech didn’t tighten lug nuts and had us drive away , owners son threw lug nuts at my husband , didn’t put cover back on windshield wiper fl One time tech didn’t tighten lug nuts and had us drive away , owners son threw lug nuts at my husband , didn’t put cover back on windshield wiper fluid and ended up all over the engine and outside of the truck! Very disappointed! I go to Scranton of Vernon they are do such a fabulous job and no issues. But Norwich is HORRIBLE! More
