Good honest service I have always received good honest service at FA Toyota. The only negative is underestimating the time for service. I like to wait and base my decisio I have always received good honest service at FA Toyota. The only negative is underestimating the time for service. I like to wait and base my decision to wait on how long they tell me it would be. It is often 30-40 minutes longer which might have affected my decision. This is frustrating but everyone is still very kind and accommodating. More

Friendly and Helpful It was great working with Junior Hayes! When the exact RAV4 that I wanted was not available on the lot, Junior had one in from another dealership in 2 It was great working with Junior Hayes! When the exact RAV4 that I wanted was not available on the lot, Junior had one in from another dealership in 2 days. He gave me the time and attention that I needed through the purchasing process, but moved things along so I had minimal wait time.
